Delivery schedules are estimated, Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations.

When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for order verification, credit approval, address verification and order processing.

We always work hard to dispatch your order as fast as possible (usually in 1-3 days), but we can’t control delays due to custom clearance (especially during the shopping season).

Recently the delivery time may have some delay due to the decrease of flights and the delay that may occur by local delivery. When you place an order, please take into account the possibility for delays.

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during the checkout process prior to the completion of your order.

Customs Fees

Based on our experience, the big majority of the parcels aren't taxed by the customs.

However, as an importer, you are held responsible for all custom import fees if they arise.

Packing Options

All our teas are packed in sealed tea pouches that are designed to protect your tea leaves from light and moisture.

A zip lock keeps your tea fresh even after opening. Tea pouches are environmental friendly and fully recyclable.

Their lightweight design keeps shipping costs low and helps reduce the carbon footprint.

Wholesale tea orders (490 grams or more) are packed in larger sealed wholesale aluminum bags, possibly without zip locks.

Order Processing Speed

Orders are processed usually in 1-3 business day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.

Unfortunately, in rare cases products run out of stock. In such situations, we'll have to wait for restocking and it may take 2-4 working days to process your order.

Products Availability

All products online are in stock unless there's an out of stock notice on the product page.

If you can't find a past product in our online store, most likely it's because the product has run out of stock and is not coming back anytime soon.

For products that we expect to receive a new batch within weeks time, we usually keep the product visible in our store.

Shipping Confirmation with Trace Number

All orders are packed with care to guarantee safe delivery.

When your order is dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation by email.

At the same time, your order status will change from "Pending" to “Shipping”.

In this email you'll also find a tracking number to follow updates on your shipment online.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, please check if it landed in your junk folder.

You can use the tracking number we gave you to check its status directly.
